Surf Club
• Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point per $1.00 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages, excluding tax and gratuity.
• Members earn a $25 Food Voucher every time they achieve 300 points
• Members earn a $25 Birthday Food Voucher when they achieve 300 points in a year from birthdate to birthdate.
• Points are credited to your Pelican's Surf Club Loyalty Rewards account. Your server will find your account using your phone number.
• Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the Pelican's Surf Club Loyalty Rewards account owner.
• When guests accrue 300 points, a reward voucher will be added to your account.
• Guests can find out point values by visiting Pelican's or by signing into your loyalty account (use sign up link above).
• In the event of an internet outage, points will be queued and added on the next visit.
• Members cannot get points for purchases made prior to enrollment.
• Points may be earned at the Wichita Falls Pelican's Restaurant.
• State laws prohibit the accumulation of points from alcohol purchases.
• Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Points are non-transferable or devisable, and may not be combined with other members` accounts.
• Unused points expire 18 months from the date of the last transaction.
• The changing nature of the restaurant industry requires that Pelican's Surf Club Loyalty Rewards adapt and modify the program rules from time to time, and some changes may adversely affect the value of the points or awards already accumulated and the right to certain awards. We will notify the members of any such changes at the program`s website, www.PelicanSurfClub.com. You should check the rules on the website from time to time, as they are and will be the authoritative statement of the rules in effect at any time. Your continued participation in this program constitutes consent to any such changes.
• Only one loyalty account is issued per person.
• Members must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pelican's may cancel the program at any time.
• Accumulated points are not member property and may be revoked, canceled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect the member`s right to use previously accumulated points.
• Member benefits, including promotional offers, Pelican's Surf Club Loyalty Rewards awards, and birthday vouchers, may cease after 6 months of zero account activity.
• Pelican's reserves the right to audit an account at any time.
• Pelican's may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.
• Pelican's is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use.
Members must accumulate 300 lifetime points and have used their Pelican's Surf Club Loyalty Rewards card six months prior to their birthday in order to be eligible for a $25 birthday voucher certificate.
